This apartment rental in Rome is perfectly located just few steps from the Spanish Steps and is decorated with elegance and all modern comforts - it was completely refurbished in 2008.

The entrance leads to a long corridor where you'll find the living room: This is a bright room overlooking the quiet street below. There is large window, a sitting area with a comfortable sofa bed, a fireplace in the corner close to the window and a table for six.

Close to the living room, the double bedroom has a warm atmosphere. Next to the main entrance, you will find the fully equipped kitchen and on the left, the spacious and beautiful bathroom with shower. This is a lovely Rome vacation rentals option and is ideally situated.

This apartment rental in Rome is a few minutes walk to the Spanish Steps and within walking distance to Campo dei Fiori, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the Trevi Fountain. Being very close to the Metro, you'll also be within 4 stops of the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo.

The accommodation was in a prime location. Public transport, historical sites, cafe and restraurants - all walking distance.You didn't have to walk up too many stairs, in fact it is the first apartment... must stay with everything at made availalbe.A must stay because we will should we make a second visit :-)

James, the property was in a perfect location and although the entry was a bit daunting, inside the apartment was excellent and ideal for our needs.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
