This Rome accommodation has been completely renovated and is on the top floor of an atmospheric medieval building (no elevator). This Rome apartment is 50 sq, cosy and warm and is also elegant and tastefully decorated. There is place for four people in one bedroom and in a living room with a sofa bed.

There is a modern bathroom with a stall shower and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and a microwave. In the apartment there is air conditioning.

You have a private roof-top terrace with beautiful view of Rome. This is the perfect place to enjoy an aperitivo or to have breakfast.

The Rome accommodation is in the heart of Rome adjacent to one of the city’s most colourful historic squares. You will find every kind of restaurant and shopping right outside your door. Piazza Navona is virtually across the street.

What can I say location is everything, James was correct ...so close to all the sights ...apartment was great , clean , facilites excellent, for two travellers...and the terrrace was very relaxing after a hard hot day at the sights...we are already planning for our next visit ...many thanks to all the team

First class apartment, lovely area of the eternal city. Lovely and clean, decorated and furnished elegantly. It is on the 4th floor and the stairs are steep (and I mean steep) - so not for the "faint hearted"

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
