This Rome apartment rental is a lovely top floor holiday apartment (no elevator) in via dei Greci, a cobblestoned street 5 minutes walk away from the Spanish Steps in Rome. The living room of this apartment is extremely bright with 2 large windows giving out onto a very picturesque view: Roman roof-tops and -terraces.

This Rome apartment is extremely well kept by friendly owner Maurizio and his yoga-teacher wife Patrizia. The apartment is very quiet although you are situated right in the center of Rome.

It has 2 twin bedrooms, a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room and another single sofa-bed so that it can easily accommodate 7 people.

The kitchen area is well equipped and there are 2 bathrooms, one with tub and shower and the other with shower.

This Rome apartment rental is in the Spanish Steps area which is a beautiful and elegant area in Rome, pumping daily with people, designer stores and upmarket bars and restaurants.

Piazza di Spagna is found just south of Villa Borghese park, midway between Piazza Barberini and Piazza del Popolo and just off the Via del Corso, Rome's main shopping street.

The area is a very upmarket residential area, inhabited by Roman families who live there seemingly oblivious to the tourism and enjoying life - like in any regular neighborhood.

There is a metro station just outside the Spanish Steps from which you can reach Rome's main train station "Roma Termini".
