Vacation Rental Description

This Rome apartment rental is a lovely top floor holiday apartment (no elevator) in via dei Greci, a cobblestoned street 5 minutes walk away from the Spanish Steps in Rome. The living room of this apartment is extremely bright with 2 large windows giving out onto a very picturesque view: Roman roof-tops and -terraces.

This Rome apartment rental is newly renovated (april 2009), is elegantly furnished. The beamed ceiling and the parquet floor complete the selected furniture chosen by the owners.

This Rome apartment is composed of a new red  kitchen that is fully equipped dishwasher,microwawe. A very bright living room with a double sofa bed where it's possible  to sleep in total privacy (can be considered the third bedroom). A dining-room where there are 3 windows which make it bright and sunny
The night area includes 2 bedrooms: the first bedroom is master bedroom and has a two twin beds (which can be converted into queen size bed), an olive wood wardrobe and a tall window facing on a internal courtyard providing natural day-light and quietness. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower tiled with marble mosaic.
 
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds (can be joined into a queen size bed) and a tall window. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a very large shower tiled with marble mosaic

This Rome apartment rental is in the Spanish Steps area which is a beautiful and elegant area in Rome, pumping daily with people, designer stores and upmarket bars and restaurants.

Piazza di Spagna is found just south of Villa Borghese park, midway between Piazza Barberini and Piazza del Popolo and just off the Via del Corso, Rome's main shopping street.

The area is a very upmarket residential area, inhabited by Roman families who live there seemingly oblivious to the tourism and enjoying life - like in any regular neighborhood.

There is a metro station just outside the Spanish Steps from which you can reach Rome's main train station "Roma Termini".
