This delightful and inviting Rome holiday apartment has a beautiful terrace overlooking the internal garden of a convent and it is located between two important archeological sites of ancient Rome: San Giovanni in Laterano and Santa Croce in Gerusalemme. From here you'll be 15 - 20 minutes walk to the center of Rome but the metro is close by.

The Rome apartment is a very comfortable home with all amenities included a fantastic terrace that is divided to into a veranda with comfortable sofas and many plants like a flower house. You have the access to this part of the terrace from the dining room. From the master bedroom you can reach the rest of the terrace that is an open area overlooking very green and flowery gardens.

There is one double bedroom and a second bedroom with twin beds. The kitchen is fully equiiped and the bathroom comes with a tub. The apartment is very well furnished, very quite and very luminous.

San Giovanni in Laterano is the head among the four patriarchal churches of Rome; it is the head of all churches throughout Rome and the world. Originally the palace of Constantine, it was later adapted to serve as the church of the Pope. The arch-Basilica was built later on the site of the original church and is known as St. John Lateran or the Lateran Basilica, and is dedicated to St. John the Baptist. The top of the facade boasts huge statues of Christ and the Apostles. In the five-arched portico, there are as many doors, the last on the right being the Holy Door, which is accessible only every 25 years, during Jubilee years. This church has survived two fires and a terrorist attack.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
