Vacation Rental Description

This elegant Rome accommodation is located in the central area of the Spanish Steps: Via delle Carozze. Being just 2 minutes walk from the Spanish Steps, the "Piazza di Spagna", this apartment in Rome is close to all main sights and to a metro station (the only one in the center of Rome).

Rome accommodation "Carozze" is located on a mezzanine floor (39 steps to climb, no elevator) and is 120 sq meters big, a rarety in this area. This apartment in Rome has two double bedrooms - 1 has a double bed and the other twin beds.

The living room can sleep 2 more people with two large single sofa beds. It also has a dining area with an antique wooden table that can seat up to 6 people.

As you lean out of the living room window you can see the top of the Spanish Steps, Rome.

There is also a large fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4 (no dishwasher).

The bathroom has washing machine and a bath tub.

There is a small balcony that gives out onto the internal courtyard.

The Spanish Steps, where this Rome accommodation is located, is a beautiful and elegant area in Rome; a daily busy hive of people shopping at the designer stores drinking at the upmarket bars and eating at excellent restaurants.

Piazza di Spagna is found just south of Villa Borghese park, midway between Piazza Barberini and Piazza del Popolo and just off the Via del Corso, Rome's main shopping street. The area is a very upmarket residential area, inhabited by Roman families who live there seemingly oblivious to the tourism and enjoying life - like in any regular neighbourhood.
