This vacation apartment in Rome is located in a 16th century palazzo just minutes from the Spanish Steps. This is a very elegant, refined, comfortable and quiet two bedroom Rome apartment.

This vacation apartment is ideal for a family of three. There is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, wooden ceiling and terracotta floor.

The second bedroom is sectioned off and a curtain separates it from the living room.

Note: There is a short flight of steps up to the lift.

The vacation apartment in Rome is near to the Spanish Steps which is a beautiful and elegant area in Rome, pumping daily with people, designer stores and upmarket bars and restaurants.

Piazza di Spagna is found just south of Villa Borghese park, midway between Piazza Barberini and Piazza del Popolo and just off the Via del Corso, Rome's main shopping street.

The area is a very upmarket residential area, inhabited by Roman families who live there seemingly oblivious to the tourism and enjoying life - like in any regular neighbourhood.

There is a metro station just outside the Spanish Steps from which you can reach Rome's main train station "Roma Termini".

A+ place. Great location, gorgeous place, very clean, very nice.The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us excellent suggestions of where to eat, drink and play. We did not have one problem while staying at Caravaggio.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
