Vacation Rental Description

This large and comfortable Rome vacation apartment rental is situated in a small and exclusive neighbourhood, in the triangle of the Capitol square, the Ghetto and the Forum and in the middle of the historical center of Rome. This Rome accommodation has been renovated with high quality materials and is located on the third and fourth floor of a small family building.

The furniture is a mixture of modern design and antique and all beds and linens have been updated. Bathrooms and kitchen are tiled with hand painted ceramics and have modern fittings and all the rooms have parquet floors.

Third floor (or second in Europe): the entrance, kitchen, dining and sitting room, 3 double bedrooms with double or single beds, and 3 bathrooms (1 with tub, 2 with showers)

Two staircases lead to the 4th floor (or third in Europe): On this floor there are two bedrooms (1 double and 1 single but a second bed can be joined) as well as the laundry and little kitchenette.

On this floor you have access to the 100sqm panoramic terrace which is furnished with sitting and dining facilities for 10 persons. The terrace includes umbrellas and many flowering plants.

PLEASE NOTE THAT BECAUSE OF OPEN STAIRS THE APARTMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN.

This large and comfortable Rome vacation apartment rental is situated is via dei Fienili in a small and exclusive neighbourhood of the old centre of Rome, just behind Piazza Venezia, the Ghetto (Jewish Quarter), the Forum, the Bocca della Verità, Coliseum, the Circo Massimo, the Forum and many other historical sites. Shops, restaurants, hotels are downstairs. Bus stops, tub station, are just on the corner.
