The furniture is a mixture of modern design and antique and all beds and linens have been updated. Bathrooms and kitchen are tiled with hand painted ceramics and have modern fittings and all the rooms have parquet floors.

Third floor (or second in Europe): the entrance, kitchen, dining and sitting room, 3 double bedrooms with double or single beds, and 3 bathrooms (1 with tub, 2 with showers)

Two staircases lead to the 4th floor (or third in Europe): On this floor there are two bedrooms (1 double and 1 single but a second bed can be joined) as well as the laundry and little kitchenette.

On this floor you have access to the 100sqm panoramic terrace which is furnished with sitting and dining facilities for 10 persons. The terrace includes umbrellas and many flowering plants.

Shops, restaurants, hotels are downstairs. Bus stops, tub station, are just on the corner.
