Located in a beautiful XVI century Palace, this Rome apartment is a wonderful place to experience life in the Eternal City. Although central it's extremely quiet and it overlooks an internal courtyard.

This Rome apartment has been recently and completely remodelled and furnished with antiques and beautiful tapestries. There are wooden floors throughout and the warm lighting give it a homely feel.

The spacious living room features an antique dining table for six, a comfortable sofa bed for two and a fully equipped kitchen that can remain hidden behind a wooden sliding door. From the living room you have access to the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has one double bed and the second bedroom comes with a french bed (large single) The bathroom features a large stand up shower.

This Rome apartment is in the very heart of Rome, and literally one minute from the famous square of Campo dei Fiori and less than a five minute walk to Piazza Navona. You'll be right in the heart of the centro storico, surrounded by restaurants, cafes and two of the major piazza's of the city (campo dei fiori & piazza navona).

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
