This apartment in Rome, is just 5 minutes walking from the famous Via Veneto, and is also walking distance to the Piazza di Spagna, Completely remodelled (2009), this Rome apartment has wonderful hard-wood floors, sophisticated tapestries and the highest quality in fittings, furniture and amenities.

It features a spacious living room with dining area and a beautiful, fully equipped open kitchen. Close to the kitchen, on the right side, the studio offers a sitting area with a comfortable single sofa bed; this room has also a beautifully restored stucco vaulted ceiling. The sleeping area has two double bedrooms: each room is spacious and elegantly furnished and each one has an elegant and comfortable en suite bathroom with shower.

This apartment in Rome is located near to via Veneto and it's within easy walking distance to the Soanish Steps, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain as well as Villa Borghere and its Museum.

The appartment was brillant in all aspects. Spotlessly cleaned, quick internet access, modern fittings, better than the pictures on the internet show. We had a great stay and would reccomend to anyone.

What a fantastic apartment. Great location, beautifully appointed, and just so what we were hoping for. Can't honestly find anything to be critical of. The internet access was a bonus, so convenient and worked really well. The neighbourhood was quiet and gracious. Nothing was left wanting - we had a superb stay.

This is a gorgeous apartment and incredibly well-appointed. I would definitely stay here again - it was luxurious and very comfortable, in a good, non-touristy, location.

Excellent apartment, would recommend and stay there again. Good value for money and easy to get around Rome from this location. Driver from airport is a good idea, but not as helpful or welcoming at 6.00 am.

Excellent apartment in a truely safe, fab location. Short walk to the via veneto, perhaps 5 to 10 mins to the Spanish Steps. It was a maximum 15-20min walk to the Trevi fountain, Plaza Novona. Apartment was spotless, very modern and clean. Nice area, very secure. A refreshing alternative to hotels! Would recommend the driver offered through the site, he organised the owner's representative to meet us at the apartment which was great. You will not go wrong with this place!

Excellent apartment in central location. The apartment was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished and remarkably spacious making for a superb stay in Rome. We would definitely stay here again.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
