This wonderful Rome apartment is located in the elegant area called Porta Pia that is half way from the Railway Station Termini and Via Barberini. With two metro stops you'll be at Via Veneto and at three to the Spanish Steps.

This Rome apartment has been completely remodelled and is beautiful maintained. It's very spacious and luminous it has all modern comforts. The owner is a lover of Art Deco and most of the furniture has been chosen in this style.

From the entrance you can enter into one twin bedroom. Through a small corridor you will find the large living room with a fully equipped large, open kitchen and dining area. From the living room you have the access to the double bedroom, the second twin bedroom and the bathroom. The double bedroom is large with two windows and the twin bedroom has a pretty balcony.

Like all major train stations, Rome's Termini Station is home to many of the city’s budget hotels and a great point of departure to see the rest of Italy. Unlike most major train stations, Rome's Termini station is pretty safe and walking distance to some of Rome's spots of beauty including Piazza della Republica.

Choosing a Rome apartment near "Roma Termini Station" means going for good quality budget accommodation in a part of town that is well deserved by public transport. A few metro stops or a maximum of a 10 minutes bus ride, will take you to the historical center of Rome.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
