This Rome apartment has been completely remodelled amd refurnished. The apartment includes beautiful "Cotto" floors, high wooden ceilings, a cute lkitchen and a very modern bathroom.

This Roem apartment is a real home furnished with elegance pieces and completed with all modern comforts. It features a large entrance that leads to the bright living room. Looking out the window of this room, on the right side, you can enjoy the unique view of the obelisk of Piazza di Spagna; this room offers a large dining table, a sofa bed for two and an antique chimney.

The spacious bedroom is cosy and quiet and it overlooks an internal court yard. The large bathroom with tub/shower, is located close by the entrance.

The Spanish Steps is a beautiful and elegant area in Rome; a daily busy hive of people shopping at the designer stores drinking at the upmarket bars and eating at excellent restaurants.

Piazza di Spagna is found just south of Villa Borghese park, midway between Piazza Barberini and Piazza del Popolo and just off the Via del Corso, Rome's main shopping street. The area is a very upmarket residential area, inhabited by Roman families who live there seemingly oblivious to the tourism and enjoying life - like in any regular neighbourhood.
