ProcessHow to book: Just enter your dates, find a Rome rental you like and click "Book Now". We will then ask for contact details and a down payment to reserve your accommodation in Rome. That's it! Your booking is confirmed! - Cancellation Policy
Down payment: the down payment is non-refundable
Within 21 days: if a client cancels within 21 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 75% of the total rental
Within 15 days: if a client cancels within 15 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 100% of the total rental
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
