Great Holiday apartment in Rome that has a wonderful 180° degrees view over the Monte Mario hill and the Court of Rome from each window with its individual little terraces.

This Rome apartment is characterized by stain glass windows and is spacious and bright. On the right of the living room you'll find the first bedroom with a double bed. On the left there is a second bedroom with a fireplace and a double sofa bed. In the living room there is a modern dining table that can accommodate 6 guests and a sofa bed for two.

Kitchen is fully equipped and the new modern bathroom has a shower.

The apartment is very spacious, two large private bedrooms (at opposite ends of the apartment), and there are actually three balconies, on two sides! Wonderful air in September. It was immaculate, and everything worked fine. Valentina was a very gracious host who speaks impeccable English, and she was always available by phone for any question or assistance. You can get on any bus in Rome where the sign ends in "Clodio" and the end of the line is right at this piazza. Highly recommended!

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
