This adorable Rome Vacation apartment is in the heart of the ancient Rome: walking distance to Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and the Colosseum. This Rome apartment is located on the second floor of a old little “Palazzetto “.

This accommodation is very quiet and nicely refurbished with all amenities. This perfect studio for two, features a double French bed (cm.140), a cute kitchen with a little table for two and at the end of the bed, and a bathroom with shower.

For centuries the Colosseum has been a symbol of Rome and is a sight to be believed day or night. Started in AD72 and finished in AD80 it was able to seat 50,000 spectators who came to watch gladiators fight to the death and animals slaughtered for sport. Now it's central to one of the most important historical areas of Rome. You'll be transfixed with the wealth of history and archaeological jewels available to visit here including the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine Hill and the Domus Aurea.

The areas around the Colosseum and this Rome vacation apartment are filled with cobbled-stone streets with many of Rome's best restaurants, cafes and bars. You'll also only 10 minutes walk away from Piazza Navona and the rest of the major sights in Rome.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
