This holiday apartment in Rome Spanish Steps is divided into two part and the eternal city can be seen from the beautiful terrace.

The first part of this apartment comes with living and dining room that has huge space and kitchen is well euipped.There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (shower and bathtub) and huge terraces well maintained with sofa, tables with chairs to relaxe and to eat.

The second part has living room with spiral case give the way to the floor with the next bedroom with bathroom.The living room boasts a single bed for the extra quest.

This Spanish Steps holiday apartment in Rome is situated in the Spanish Steps area. The apartment is set just few minutes away from the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona and Trevi Fountain. There is a metro station just outside the Spanish Steps from which you can reach Rome's main train station "Roma Termini".

This property was fantastic. The location was incredible - right in the heart of the pedestrian shopping district of Spanish Steps - with incredible shops all within reach. We were able to walk to virtually all our tourist spots from here too.The property was large, clean and very well appointed. The property managers were helpful and reasonable.The kitchen (as in all these places) was rather small but that would be the only niggle.The rooftop terrace is a real plus also.

Charming apartment in a superb location. The apartment is a little "rustic".... but this is Rome after all. Owners appear to be making efforts to update ie while we were there a new washing machine and several other appliances were delivered. The apartment is pretty much as presented in the promotional photos.. the three terraces are delightful and give you a lovely view over the surrounding rooftops...all of which are equally charming. The only negative would be that there are quite a lot of stairs...both between the street entrance and the lift...and within the appt.

Excellent location and a great spacious apartment. The 3 balconies are the highlight of the apartment.

- Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
- If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
- If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
- Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
