The Miele apartment was excellent for us. We were 2 couples plus a single and having 3 bedrooms each with ensuite was great for privacy and short times for getting ready to go out. Apartment is well equipped, bright, clean and spacious. Kitchen small but wel equipped and all we needed for breakfast and light meal prep. Location is residential, safe and short walk to Piazza del Popolo far enough for peace and quiet. Each room has individual air conditioning controls....and having free wifi very convenient. We had a fantastic stay in Miele. There was 3 couples in our group, all mid 30's. We all had plenty of space. Our rooms were spacious and well equipped with double beds, full ensuite bathrooms with showers, wardrobes and plenty of mirrors. The apartment was clean, we had plenty of towels and kitchen equipment. The management team Paola and Alessandra were on hand for all our questions and phone calls. They helped us out with more towels, calling a taxi for us to get to a wedding when it was raining. We organised the taxi service to and from the airport through the Holiday Velvet booking form. I stayed in this apartment with two travel companions in October of 2010. We were on a budget and were tempted by the price of the accommodations as well as the pictures on the website. I have to say, the place was just as pictured; clean and well maintained and with plenty of towels and such. The owner lives right next door and was extremely friendly. We loved that there were so many bedrooms (roomy enough in my opinion) and three bathrooms, all en suite. The kitchen is extremely small. - Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
- Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
- If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
- If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
- Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
