This charming apartment rental in Rome was once a millinery and is located in via Frattina which is one of the most exclusive addresses in Rome. Located over (95 sq m) in a 17th century building with elevator. This rental apartment and building were restored recently.

The apartment is composed by a large living room, a large bedroom with twin beds (or king size on request), a queen size bedroom (or twins) with bathroom en-suite and a double bedroom. There is a second bathroom with shower and the fully equipped kitchen comes with a dining table.

The furniture in this Rome apartment is antique and functional. Timbered and stucco ceilings, art deco glass doors, wooden floor of large planks complete the special atmosphere. Bathrooms have painted wooden floors and coverings, showers are grey ceramic tiled and windows have double pained glass.

Very much recommended. We're experienced Rome travelers (this our twelfth visit, third time we rented an apartment in the heart of the city). Location is outstanding and not just for shopping (though classy clothes hangers left behind suggest many were tempted). Most city highlights are within walking distance; on top of that, the apartment is located two minutes from the Spagna subway station. So it's easy to get to any part of Rome, no matter how far. The appartment was well situated and clean. We were3 couples and we had enough space for all of us.The owner was very friendly and helpful.We would surely go back when being in Rome.

The location of the apartment is superb. Really close to the best shopping in Rome, easy walking distance to all of the main sights. Great value for money. We had five adults in the apartment, it was spotlessly clean and obviously really well maintained. A taxi stand and metro 100m away. Couldn't be happier with the apartment, thanks so much.

Appartment location superb for family with children that want to be central to everything with little walking involved. Very clean, very spacious, and handover of keys worked well. Kitchen could be better equipped - no oven, toaster, bowls to have cereal in....

We had a wonderful 5 days in Rome staying at the Millinery. The apartment ws perfect, beautifully furnished and equipped, clean and in a great area. The owner of the apartment was a delight, very helpful and obliging. It was an easy 3 minute walk to the underground train at the Spanish Steps and an easy walking distance to many tourist attractions. Certainly value for money and very comfortable for 2 couples.

Cancellation Policy

- More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.
- Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
- Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
- If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
- If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
- Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
