We enjoyed our first stay in Rome immensely. The apartment is well located (near the river) and a short walk to major attrations (or public transport 50 metres away). Nearby restaurants abound (and I recommend the nearest for quality and service). Francesca and family were very welcoming and accommodated our every request. There were some excellent touches - a bottle of wine, some sweets, coffee and tea. On the downside, the Internet access was intermittent and the TV reception difficult (but hey - I was there to see the sites). All in all a great stay and we recommend the accommodation to any couple.(James at Holiday Velvet was also very helpful when there was an issue with contact details).
