Buzios is widely regarded as the St Tropez of Brazil, where the beautiful people are to be found enjoying its fine restaurants and other attractions.

This fine and spacious house is in a magnificent position just two minutes’ walk from the best of all the beaches- Ferradura Beach – and all the bedrooms of the house overlook the beach and the glorious horse-shoe shaped bay with its clear blue water. In addition to 5 bedrooms including two large master bedroom suites, the house has most things that a person could wish for, including a cinema room and a large games room. There is a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a barbeque area in the garden. The centre of town is a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive, as you prefer.

The holiday accommodation consists of 2 large master suites with en-suite bathrooms and jacuzzis, 3 twin-bedded rooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room, dining room and a large fully equipped kitchen kitchen. For your entertainment you will have a cinema room with 50” TV, DVD and surround sound, and also a games room with pool table.

Outside you can enjoy the swimming pool, jacuzzi and barbeque area.

Buzios is a tropical destination, but it has a much lower rainfall than most and the average maximum temperature remains under 30 degrees during the hottest season. It’s a delight at any time of year.

The property is a 2 minute walk from the best beach in Buzios and a 5 minute drive from the centre with its wonderful restaurants and stylish shopping. There are 17 beaches on the Buzios peninsula which cater for all watersports, inlcuding surfing, windsurfing, scuba diving etc.
