This Rio de Janeiro vacation apartment rental is situated on ´´Nossa Senhora de Copacabana 1137“ in the 13th floor. Located over 120 m2 this wonderful Rio condo offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and it can accommodate up to 6 people.

This vacation rental comprises of 3 bedrooms each with queen size beds. There is air-conditioning and ventilators. Two come with flat screens and one with a big TV, all with cable TV. One of the bedrooms also comes with a hydro massage with warm water.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with a 4 plates stove, microwave, big fridge with Freezer, coffee machine, Mixer & Toaster and an American bar with chairs. The living room offers a comfortable sofa with table, a home theatre, a flat screen and a nice table with 6 chairs for dinner.

The outside terrace has an elegant outdoor sofa, chairs and tables and a warm water private pool with hydro massage and several indirect lights.

Copacabana is a lively and eclectic district in Rio and with over 160 thousand residents, it's almost a city within itself. The beach, landmark buildings, nightclubs, restaurants, boutiques and busy sidewalks are more than enough to captivate you. As you walk around and discover the parks, squares, sights, and especially the people, you will become a fan for life.

Cancellation Policy

More than 61 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 61 days prior warning, 50% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.
More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 50% of the balance amount as stated on your voucher is due as a cancellation charge.

Within 60 days: In case of cancellation sixty days or less before the arrival, the Client owes the full amount of the rent.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
