Located in an aparthotel, this rental comes with a high standard of security. There are cameras in the lobby and on every floor. Several doorkeepers take care of all matters like reservations for restaurants, calling taxis and more.

Located over 110 m2, this Rio rental comes with two small verandas on the main floor.There is a 30 m2 private terrace on the upper floor with ocean view and wonderful view to Ipanema and the “Twin towers“. This terrace comes with a small pivate pool with hydro massage.

In the building you find a good equipped gym with a sauna. To use the gym you have to pay a daily, weekly or monthly fee. There is another apart hotel pool, which you can use (free) on weekends. The 2 marble bathrooms come with large showers. The fully equiiped kitchen comes with a big refrigerator, freezer, stove and oven.

Cancellation Policy

More than 61 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 61 days prior warning, 50% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.
More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 50% of the balance amount as stated on your voucher is due as a cancellation charge.

Within 60 days: In case of cancellation sixty days or less before the arrival, the Client owes the full amount of the rent.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
