This two bedroom Rio de Janeiro vacation apartment is located in a safe neighbourhood at the corner between Copacabana and Ipanema. Located on the 9th floor, this vacation rental is quiet and peaceful. There is also an extremely high standard of security. There are cameras in the lobby and on every floor. Several doorkeepers take care of all matters like reservations for restaurants, calling taxis and more.

Normally there are always taxis waiting in front of the entrance, but coming by every 20-30 seconds.
At night the entrance is closed and the doorkeeper opens the door only for hotel guests.
Visitors are accepted by the apart hotel without any extra costs.

This Rio de Janeiro vacation apartment is 90 m2 with two small verandas. The large living room comes with a new and comfortable sofa and a marble couch table. There is also a marble dinner table with 4 chairs. The marble mirror bookshelf comes with a 29 inch stereo-cable-TV and there is Air conditioning through out and the bedrooms come with additional ventilators.

Both bedrooms come with queen size beds and new mattresses (160×200x30), a 21 inch stereo-cable-TV, new wardrobes, bookshelves and bed tables. The two bathrooms are en-suite.

The marble kitchen comes with a big refrigerator, freezer, oven stove, Coffee machine, mixer and toaster

Room service up to 5 times a week included. In the building you find a good equipped gym with a sauna

Both beaches are within walking distance of minutes (Copacabana 1 minute and 4 minutes to Ipanema) to this Rio de Janeiro vacation apartment. The apartment is located in the apart hotel “Atlantico Palace”, in the street “Rua Raul Pompeia”. Close is the corner of the street “Rua Rainha Elizabeth”.

Copacabana is a lively and eclectic district in Rio and with over 160 thousand residents, it's almost a city within itself. The beach, landmark buildings, nightclubs, restaurants, boutiques and busy sidewalks are more than enough to captivate you. As you walk around and discover the parks, squares, sights, and especially the people, you will become a fan for life.

Cancellation Policy

More than 61 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 61 days prior warning, 50% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.
More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 50% of the balance amount as stated on your voucher is due as a cancellation charge.

Within 60 days: In case of cancellation sixty days or less before the arrival, the Client owes the full amount of the rent.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
