Vacation Rental Description

Very comfortable, sunny, bright and airy  3. 1/2 bedrooms, located in the hot spot of Ipanema, on Jangadeiros ST with Prudente de Moraes ST, in a safe and alive area, steps from the beach, sbway stop, restaurants, coffee- shops, 24 hours food market, arts exhibition, Banks, movie theaters, fruits market, shopping.etc. The apartment has an amazing frontal mountains & park view and lateral beach view. It  is very comfortable, has wireless broad band internet access, new appliances and electronics, quality sheets & towels, the whole apartment has silent split air conditioning hot and cold with remote control, timer, fan & dry plus ceiling fan and LCD Digital High definition cable TV in the whole apartment as well. Stereo with IPOD input, DVD, phone with answering machine for income calls & limited local calls, washer & dryer, duplex frost free refrigerator, stove with 2 ovens, timer & grill, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, blander, automatic water heater in the kitchen and all bathrooms. One suite plus 3 more bedrooms and the total of 3 complete bathrooms. The master suite has a double size bed, 5 doors closet, 26” LCD HD cable TV, split air conditioning hot & cold with remote control, ceiling fan, and a small covered porch with a small table with 2 chairs. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, four doors closet, shoes closet, 32” LCD high definition cable TV, split air conditioning hot & cold with remote control, plus a ceiling fan. The third bedroom has a double size bed, silent air conditioning hot & cold with remote control, ceiling fan, small computer desk and closet. The fourth bedroom is very tiny (2.50mts X 1.90mts), located next to the kitchen and has a single bed, 22” LCD High definition cable TV, split air conditioning with remote control and one door closet. Quality sheets & towels, safe, lights with dimmer in the whole apartment. In the more than 9 days rentals is included house keeper once a week. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, metro stop, arts exhibition, fruits & vegetable market, 24 hours food market, shopping, movie theaters, coffee-shops, banks, all Ipanema carnival street bands.
