Vacation Rental Description

Located in Ipanema, Rio de janeiro, this wonderful, sunny,  with great  mountains & beach view, 3 bedrooms apartment is just one block from the beach and steps from restaurants, 24hours food market, coffee places, shopping, etc, this fully equipped 3 bedrooms is located  on  the 7th floor of Jangadeiros st corner with Prudente de Moraes st. It s a safe and alive place closer to everything and just in front where all Ipanema Carnival street bands take place.

 The living room has a 3 places sofa, one double sofa bed and two individual love seats and split air conditioning hot and cold  with remote control and ceiling fan. The dinning room has a 6 chairs table.
There is one suite with a double size bed, 7 doors closet, split air conditioning hot and cold  with remote control, ceiling fan, a small covered porch with a small table with 2 chairs,  a 29" cable TV, and the windows are protected against noise.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a 4 doors closet, a desk, split air conditioning hot and cold  with remote control, ceiling fan, a 29" cable TV, and windows protected against noise. The third bedroom is very small and has a single bed, one door closet., split air conditioning hot and cold  with remote control and a 14" cable TV.  There are two more complete bathrooms. The whole apartment has split air conditioning hot & cold with remote control and ceiling fan and all bedrooms have cable TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances & kitchen utensils.There is automatic hot water  in the kitchen and all bathrooms.  Quality sheets & towels provided. The apartment has a great frontal view of the park and the mountains and a beautiful lateral ocean view and is located in a very safe and alive area that is just in front from all Ipanema Carnival bandas take place.

The apartment is located in a very safe and alive area, just steps from from restaurants, clubs, 24 hours food market, shopping, pharmacies, Banks, and is just in front of General Osório Park where take place the Sundays arts "hippie fair" , the Tuesdays  fruits & vegetable fair and also is where all Ipanema carnival street bands take place.

1. The power and gas consumption are not included in the rental. For the Christmas, New Year's EVE. and Carnival Package there is a free 

2. daily 10kw of power consumption and free up to 
3. R$ 50,00 BR for gas consumption. The refundable security deposit 
4. and the payments must be in cash and can be made by Brazilian Reals, (or Euro, Dollar or Pounds
