This penthouse Rio de Janeiro holiday apartment boasts wonderful sea views from the entire terrace, the pool, the upper lounge and bedroom as well as most of the the lower floor. In tranquil surroundings, on the 12th and 13th floor, you can enjoy jaw dropping panoramic views towards the famous Sugar Loaf and the entire Copacabana, almost the entire 4 kilometers from Sugar Loaf to the Fort.

The outdoor terrace is beautifully lit with a private Jacuzzi. You'll also find comfortable couches, a table and chairs and all outdoor furniture is of the highest quality.

The total surface of this Copacabana holiday apartment is 170m², including the approximately 30m² terrace with Jacuzzi. There are four double bedrooms, some with seaviews, the upper bedroom has 5 different settings with view of the sea, beach and Sugar Loaf. Plasma screens in all bedrooms, in both living rooms and cable TV in all bedrooms, air-conditioning, fans and different lighting in all bedrooms.

The spacious living room comes with a comfortable brown colored couch and bronze-mirror glass table. The dining table comes with with six chairs, 42″ plasma screen with cable TV, high speed internet access, wireless home theater sound system, DVD, several indirect lighting. All four bathrooms are equipped with a variety of marble. The kitchen is well equipped with 4-burners, oven, microwave, elegant large black Mirror fridge / freezer and water dispenser, coffee maker, blender, toaster and plenty of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses.

This Rio de Janeiro holiday apartment is being cleaned 3x a week. (more often: upon request and with extra charge)

Linen is changed 2x a week, towels are available sufficiently.

Cancellation Policy

More than 61 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 61 days prior warning, 50% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.
More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 50% of the balance amount as stated on your voucher is due as a cancellation charge.

Within 60 days: In case of cancellation sixty days or less before the arrival, the Client owes the full amount of the rent.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
