Vacation Rental Description

WEbster8 is a beautiful Spanish Colonial style boutique hotel/apartment four-plex built in 1927, carefully restored over the past five years, while still retaining its original character and charm.

Each apartment rental, located in Hollywoodis exquisitely furnished with period antiques and reproduction pieces, crystal glassware, porcelain china and sterling silverware. All pieces were thoughtfully chosen and collected over many years of travel.

We have high-speed cable internet (cat5 and wireless), 3 TVs in each unit with over 400 channels to choose from. All utitilities except phone are included. This is an ideal setup for a businessperson or entertainment-industry executive.

Weekly housekeeping is provided and daily upon request. Tenants have unlimited use of the garden and cabana area with 50" plasma, poker table, treadmill and weight-set. All units have two bedrooms, two baths, an eat-in, fully-equipped kitchen, private laundry room, dining room and living room. Each 2 bdrm unit is approximately 1,650 sq feet.

Our goal is to make your stay as pleasant as a luxury holiday hotel, with the privacy, convenience, warmth and comfort of your own home.

About Retreat Holidays Hollywood

We are located very centrally in Los Angeles adjacent to historic Hancock Park, one of the truly beautiful original sections of Los Angeles (also just a few blocks south of Hollywood). Our building, and many others on this street were originally designed by studio art directors, in various pastiche of design, designed to mimic the big mansions which were built in the 1920s, and once used for those who were wanting to escape the harsh weather back East.

The area has numerous cafes, shops and fine restaurants just around the corner within walking distance.
