Vacation Rental Description

The family owned holiday /vacation rental apartment is an ideal base for exploring Nice and the Riviera. You won't need a car, as you are only 300m from the train station, and within a 10 minute walk of most the major attractions in Nice. Our vacation apartment rental is a family holiday home and rented when not in use by family or friends. It is in the Musicien's Quarter,Nice, in a small apartment bulding of 20 homes. These are mostly owner occupied all year round, and the area has a quiet ambience. It has all top quality furniture and fittings,having been totally renovated in 2007. Our one bedroom apartment sleeps up to five and comes with air-conditioning, cable TV, Wifi and phone.It boasts a large sun terrace,perfect for alfresco dining or enjoying the Riviera sun.

About Retreat Holidays Nice Centre

Situated in the Musicien's Quarter, the most chic part of Nice, yet is just minutes from the beach, "old town" and Ave Jean Medicin- the shopping heartland of Nice. The area is very well served with public transport with train, bus and tram stops all within 500m. Nice is the perfect base for exploring the Riviera and Provence and is an all year round holiday destination. There is so much to do and see in Nice, and is a perfect base to visit Monaco, the Italian Riviera, Cannes and St Tropez. Many visitors return again and again. The Express Airport Shuutle Bus ( €4 ) takes just 20-25 minutes and is a 4 minute walk to the apartment. It runs every 30 minutes, ensuring you arrival at the apartment is stress free!
