Vacation Rental Description

The apartment is located in the 6th district in an area called Budapest Broadway. A dozen of theaters, the Opera House or the Operette Theater are to be found in this area. The street is called Nagymezo, it is off from Andrassy Avenue between Oktogon square, Liszt Ferenc square and the Opera(50 meters). This is one of the prime high-street shopping areas of the city. This is one of the most exciting parts of Budapest, filled with restaurants, bars, clubs such as B7 or Moulin Rouge.(20 meters) From here the most important attractions of Budapest can be reached easily, such as the House of Parliament, the main museums, the baths etc. The nearby area attracts turists and locals at the same time. There is access to excellent public transportation, with metro station (Opera and Oktogon is 100 meters), tram and trolley bus stops within two minutes from the apartment.

Broadway apartment is a 2 bedroom, second floor apartment in a 4 storey building with elevator. The apartment is really quiet as bedroom windows face the courtyard. Full renovation work was carried out in 2007. The bedrooms are composed of king size beds, wordrobes, study desks and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with alll electrical appliences, necessary tools to cook, refrigerator, oven, extractor hood, micro-wave oven, kettle, washing machine, toaster, electric coffee machine and mixer. In the bathroom there is a corner tub to be found and there are 2 WCs, one in the bathroom and the other separately. In the living room there is a king size sofa bed and 2 sofas. Television with cable chanels, stereo and dvd player also available for our guests together with towels and bed linen.
