Vacation Rental Description

My Algarve apartment is in Armação de Pêra - by the sea - only 15 minutes from Albufeira! With excellent access made by new roads!

Staying in my Algarve apartment, 250 mts from the beach in Armação de Pêra in the center of the city, means to have garage, free access to the swimming pool just in front of the apartment (British facility swimming pool, bar and restaurant) , bed linen and towels, support from agency - personnel speaking English - 100 meters from the apartment also in the main street.

The apartment is very well located: veggies market, supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, clinic, gymnasium, post office, pastry, bakery, restaurants, laundry, hair dresser, pubs... all in real one minute! The balcony have a table and chairs to enjoy the large view and smell the sea air.

Besides the room with a bed for 2, kitchen, w.c and balcony, you also have a large living room with a bed sofa for 2 and 1 extra bed for kids. There you also have a dining table for 6. In the living room we also create a small space for kids: a few toys, DVDs and books and hight chair for kid. I'm always available via mobile phone and usually contact the clients - my special guests! - end of day of entering (and before the day of departure) to make sure you are feeling comfortable.  All rooms and wc have wall heaters.

Any question can be always answered! Besides my availability, we have a partnership with an agency - speaking English too - 100 meters from the apartment also on the main street and close to the sea. This means that you are never alone, you have an open door -right besides you, where you can go and ask for support! This agency also can give information about directions, tours, excursions, tickets to fun centers, etc... The agency personnel will take you to the apartment and make sure you are well settled!  There is no risq of double reservation because i'm the only person who "find" the clients! :))

About Retreat Holidays Armacao de Pera

Transfer from and to airport as well as car hire can be provided upon reservation request.From Faro's airport to apartment 50 euros -04 persons. Once in the apartment, you don't need car to have all you need to enjoy your holidays! All in at your disposal: bakery, restaurants with cosy terraces, bars, swimming pool, post office, banks, pharmacies, veggies market, beach... all at your at hand!

In one minute you have post office, supermarkets, veggies market, clinic, gymnasium, bakery, breakfast facilities (Portuguese and British ones)... all you need for the daily needs and total relaxation!

In 5 minutes walking you have a cyber coffee,pastry with lovely terraces and garden by the sea...

In the area, but access by car or bus you have golf facilities (Vilasol, Salgados in Vilamoura), Algarve shopping (with cinemas, restaurants, bowling), water sports facilities (zoo marine, splash & slide, scuba diving, sea excursion and fishing), also in the area horse riding, discos, night pubs...

Enjoy a quiet area during the day or access easily to fun facilities and a exciting night if you want - also in the area without the need to drive a car!

Try our grilled fish looking into the sea in a cosy restaurant's terrace, do try a healthy portuguese diet: grilled fish and salad!

You have the Sea and the Sun at your disposal! Do feel well come to Portugal!

Notes on Apartment Prices

1. From 1st November till 31st Mars: add to the total price 2.5 euros per night for electrics cost

2. For long stayings we can agree on a special prices
3. 30% of payment at the moment of reservation and the balance is paid is due 8 weeks before the start of your holyday. All proofs of payment received are sent to the client. The agency will hand you the key and hepls you to settle on the aparment by showing them these proofs. Me and the agency are always in perfect synthonie, no risks, client receive all the confirmations of the reservation from agency. In case of dificulty / reservation cancelling - we always try to refund the money, just need to fina a client for the same dates. Do contact me in any situation.
