	This trip we decided to do without a travel agent and to book everything on line. Both my husband and I were nervous when we started out, after our first initial contact with Holiday velvet we instantly felt secure and looked after. All our expectations were met and our trip with 5 children went off without a hitch!! 	The website was easy to use with excellent details about the apartments. Where there were reviews they were very useful and I would recommend adding more as they definitely help the decision making process. It was really easy to book a driver and was one less thing to worry about as it was easy to find him at the airport, and he knew exactly where to take us. The apartment was just as described, lovely and spacious, excellent air-conditioning (which was a blessing as it was extremely hot in Rome that week) and in a lovely quiet location with lots of restaurants and cafes and only a very short was to the Colosseum. The terrace was an added bonus and lovely to sit out in the evening. The only slight problem was that the housekeeper that met us at the apartment only spoke Italian, so it was quite difficult to get the paperwork sorted out! 	Our experience with Holiday Velvet was wonderful. This is the first time we've rented an apartment and it was our first trip to Paris and our stay at the Paris apartment Odeon Terrace made the entire experience nothing short of magical. From the terrace we were surrounded by the whole of Paris and our night light was the effervescent sparkle of the Eiffel Tower. Jean-Baptiste, James, Hakim and Maeva were all extremely courteous, helpful and knowledgeable and keen to do whatever they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
