Beautifully decorated, bright and light with tall vaulted ceilings leading to breathtaking views of the entire bay, the city and Los Arcos. Completely renovated in 2006 & continually upgrade since. Located right on the beach with the best view in the entire building from the top floor. Complete with parking, 24-hour gated security, elevator and bi-lingual reception personnel.

Spacious and well kept common areas with a large heated pool (Winter & Spring). Fully air conditioned throughout and includes overhead fans and lighting on the terrace when needed. A smaller terrace is available on the front side of the condo to enjoy jungle views and morning sun. TV with Dish satellite (U.S. TV Stations), Bose System for TV & stereo, DSL access in second bedroom (bring your laptop), Vonage phone service to the U.S. & Canada, Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, fully equipped Gourmet kitchen, terrace and more are yours to enjoy.

About Puerto Vallarta Other

The home is located in the Punta Negra Condominium building, 6.1 kilometers (less than 4 miles) south of downtown Puerto Vallarta on the road to Mismaloya. Once you cross the Punta Negra Bridge (Puente Punta Negra), there is a straight stretch followed by two curves. At the second curve is Jalisco Vacationales, which is just after the turn to El Nogalito. Punta Negra Condos are the next building (cream color with tile roof) on the right after Jalisco Vacationales. Ample parking available for guests. The building is has two signs roadside and one over the entry.

If you have never stayed out of town a little way, you are in for a treat. This is a great location. The beach is nearly private, as it is shared by three other condos and several private villas. Because of it's size and location, the beach is free from the vendors that can be annoying. Town is a short 10 minute bus ride away, if you prefer, cabs are plentiful and can be called or pass by often. This is the ideal location to relax, away from the noise and bustle of the city.

1. Minimum rental is for four days. Minimum rental during holiday period is 7 days (12/16/06 - 01/07/07). Stays of one month or more receive additional discount regardless of season. Please inquire. 50% of total rental required upon making a reservation, balance before 60 days of rental. When reserving less than 60 days prior, 100% of the rent is payable. A $250 security deposit is also required upon final payment and is 100% refundable within 10 days, provided there are no problems during your stay. Cancellations made prior to 60 days are fully refundable. Within 60 days, cancellations may be applied to a future rental. Home is non-smoking, except for the outside terrace.
