This 80 sqm,  2 bedroom, traditional gite (holiday home) comes with a fantastic 70 sqm terrace and located just outside of Gordes; a classic example of a provencal hilltop village. Guests here can enjoy a shared pool and garden with the other three properties.

The living room of this Provence rental has a fireplace, flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and has dining room attached to it.

There are two double bedrooms on the first floor - one has a large 180 x 200 cm bed and the other is a twin room with 2 80 X 200 beds.  These can be pushed together if required.  Both rooms have their own en-suite bathrooms (one bathroom is with shower, bath and WC, the other with shower and WC).

The pool of this Provence gite is 12m x 6m and has a decking.  The area is fenced off and also separate (about 50 metres away) from the gite,  meaning the terraces and immediate vicinity of the gite remain calm and peaceful. Immediately outside this Provence rental is a 1ha meadow which you are welcome to use.

This Provence rental is set in beautiful open countryside, lavender fields and meadows around you, in a location that is ideal for visiting the local villages towns attractions and countryside.  There are three typical Provencal villages located nearby: Gordes, Roussillon and Goult, each about 4 km away. There are weekly market, cafes, bars and restaurants in all the villages. Gordes is a very beautiful old village, with a castle at its centre. In the immediate vicinity of Gordes is the Romanesque Sénanque Abbey - still inhabited by monks.

The airports of Marseille, Avignon and Nimes are all less than 1 hour drive away.

• • Deposit Payment:
  • More than 70 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 70 days prior warning, the cancellation charge will be 25% of the total booking amount.
  • Between 69 and 35 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 35 days prior warning but less than 69, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 34 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with less than 34 days prior warning, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total booking amount.
  • Apart from the following properties Mas St Laurent, Mas St Charles, Mas St Albert & Villa St Elisabeth where the cancellation terms outlined below are to be followed: over 61 days cancellation notice 25% of the total amount is due, under 60 days 100% of the total booking amount is due
  • If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
  • If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
  • Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
