The area not only offers you tranquility , but summer festivities that will connect you to the true Provence experience. Festivities include, theatre in Avignon, Opera in Aix and Orange, Jazz festival in La Roque d’Antheron and many antique fairs and flea markets.

Outdoor activities include tennis is available in Apt or Bonnieux, Horseback riding in Apt and mountain bikes (for rent) in Bonnieux, making it ideal for families that has a passion for these sports.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit Payment:
More than 70 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 70 days prior warning, the cancellation charge will be 25% of the total booking amount.
Between 69 and 35 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 35 days prior warning but less than 69, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the total booking amount.
Less than 34 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with less than 34 days prior warning, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total booking amount.
Apart from the following properties Mas St Laurent, Mas St Charles, Mas St Albert & Villa St Elisabeth where the cancellation terms outlined below are to be followed: over 61 days cancellation notice 25% of the total amount is due, under 60 days 100% of the total booking amount is due

If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
Holiday makers, MUST have cancellation insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of their choice. Cancellation insurance is valid only in the areas of the European Union. Travel insurance also warrant fires, water damage, and is compulsory for all rentals in France. You must be able to attest to this coverage regardless of the duration of your stay with the insurance company of your choice.
