This traditional holiday villa in Provence, France is full of character, comfortably furnished and is set within vast private grounds with large shaded terraces.

The 50 sqm living room has many charming original features (exposed beams and stone walls), is divided into two sections, fully furnished and has French windows onto the terrace. The kitchen is also traditional in style, and fully equipped for self-catering. The fridge-freezer is located in the cellar whilst the washing machine is located in the entrance hall.

The two bedrooms are located on the first floor. Both contain twin beds and one has an ensuite dressing room with views of the lovely garden. The bathroom is also located on the first floor and their is a separate WC downstairs.

Outside a guest house contains a kitchenette and another bedroom with twin beds.The 700 sqm grounds are partly landscaped, boast two terraces and contain a 1.5 by 1.7 m pool. Outdoor furniture and sunloungers complete the set-up.

With accommodation for up to 6 people this can villa can perfectly accommodate family and groups visitors.

This holiday vila in Provence is located a few kms from lovely Bonnieux, considered on of the most beautiful villages in this green, rolling part of the Luberon. Even the modern church has some ancient art works and there is a quaint Musee de la Boulangerie.

Day trips from the village include the Combe de Lourmarin gorge, and exploring the nearby mountains and their Romanesque remains. Also nearby is Menerbes, the former home of Peter Mayle. His bestseller of ‘A Year in Provence’ raved of the beauty of this part of the Luberon, and after visit here you may well do to.

Cancellation Policy

Before 60 days: In case of cancellation more than sixty days before the arrival, the client is liable for the whole amount of the desposit paid to secure the villa.
Within 60 days: In case of cancellation sixty days or less before the arrival, the client is liable for the whole amount of the rental of this villa.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
