Provence Villa: Oppede

This lovingly restored stone country Provence holiday villa enjoys its own vineyard, making it is an ideal way to discover the beauty of Provence.The living room is decorated in traditional colors and has terracotta floors and Provencal- design ceilings. The dining room comes with a table and chairs for 4m whilst the the fully fitted corner kitchen comprises of a dishwasher, electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, charcoal grilled BBQ outside. There is a shared utility room with washer and dryer.

One bedroom has a 150cm queen sized bed and the second bedroom has a small bed at 120cm, making this cottage ideal for 3 people.  A small extra bed can be also squeezed in here but it would be better as a children's room. There are two bathrooms and a separate toilet

The Provence villa has its own terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining probably accompanied by some of the local award winning wine plus deck chairs for sunbathing and relaxing while you indulge in the scenery of the Luberon and Mont Vaucluse. Furthermore there is an infinity pool 12m by 8m shared by the properties surrounded by cherry trees, roses, olives and vines.

The Provence holiday villa is located in Maubec, a quiet village at the foot of the Luberon Mountains, with it’s own bakers, village shop, restaurant, bar and post office. Activities include tennis courts, walking and biking trails with an excellent golf course less than 10 kms away

Maubec has been in the history books since the 12th century, it’s stunning old village, mountain scenery, olive groves, cherry trees and vineyards make it a small paradise waiting to be discovered.

 There is a Farmers market in nearby Coustellet (3kms) and other markets can be found in Oppede, Isle sur la Sorgue (famous for antiques) and Cavaillon (best melons in Europe). You’ll find the nearest supermarket in Cavaillon, 7km away.
