Four self-contained Provence gites (holiday homes) have been converted and furnished with taste from a XVIII C stone country house which has its own vineyard. There is a shared infinity pool surrounded by cherry trees, roses, olives and vines.

Each of these fantastic Provence gites rental near Cavaillon are on two levels with 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin) and ensuite bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath). The living room in Terracotta floors is with sofa and television and decorated in the sunny colours of Provence.

These Provence gites rental have full kitchen facilities, comfortable sitting area with wood burning fire, bright modern en suite bathrooms, and luxurious bedrooms with French linens and silk accents.

Each gite has its own terrace, which are furnished for outside dinning.

Maubec is a pleasant little Provence village situated at the foot of the Luberon mountain in a famous vine growing region. It has a baker, a village shop, a restaurant, a bar and a post office. There is a Farmers market in nearby Coustellet (3kms) every Sunday. Gordes, a very beautiful old village with a castle at its centre, is only 12 kms away. Cavaillon where the bigger supermarkets are located is 7 kms away.

Marseille and Nimes Airports are the nearest - approximately 60 minutes drive away plus Avignon airport which 40 minutes where Flybe flies from Southampton and Exeter.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit Payment:
More than 70 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 70 days prior warning, the cancellation charge will be 25% of the total booking amount.
Between 69 and 35 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 35 days prior warning but less than 69, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the total booking amount.
Less than 34 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with less than 34 days prior warning, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total booking amount.
Apart from the following properties Mas St Laurent, Mas St Charles, Mas St Albert & Villa St Elisabeth where the cancellation terms outlined below are to be followed: over 61 days cancellation notice 25% of the total amount is due, under 60 days 100% of the total booking amount is due

If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
Holiday makers, MUST have cancellation insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of their choice. Cancellation insurance is valid only in the areas of the European Union. Travel insurance also warrant fires, water damage, and is compulsory for all rentals in France. You must be able to attest to this coverage regardless of the duration of your stay with the insurance company of your choice.
