Provence Villa: Lou Parpaillou

This vacation villa in Provence sleeps up to eight people in four bedrooms. This Hyeres villa is set within large enclosed grounds 1500m from the village and within easy reach of Hyères and Le Lavandou.

The living-dining area of this Provence villa comprises of a TV, DVD, hi-fi (radio - CD), two three seat sofas, marble dining table, chairs, large sliding door opening onto a pool and garden, and a small sliding door opening onto a terrace. The American kitchen is composed of a breakfast bar, two stools, gas/induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large sliding door opening onto the terrace. The washing machine is placed in the utility room.

The ground floor bedroom of this Provence villa is en-suite, has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and sliding door with a view of the terrace and pool. The second bedroom contains a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and DVD. The third bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. The fourth bedroom has a raised double bed or possibility of mattress on the floor and en-suite bathroom.

This Provence villa has two terraces. One terrace has a view of the garden, teak table, four chairs, and two armchairs. The Second terrace has a view of the pool, marble table and six chairs. The salt-treated pool with security alarm and steps has a depth ranging from 1.1 to 1.8m and is equipped with six sun loungers, parasol, two armchairs, eight chairs and table tennis. Pignans is a typical Provencal village with a history of wine making. It is set in a stunning area 35 km not far from the Med coastline and within easy reach of Hyères.  

Hyères is located on theGiens peninsula and stretches along the coast with sandy beaches. This medieval-town resort is situated 15km from Toulon and Le Lavandou and 55km west of St Tropez. This part of the coast is popular amongst tourists looking for the palm tree lined beaches and cooler, green and wooded inland regions to explore. Provençal markets are held every Saturday morning on Place Clémenceau.
