Provence Villa: Le Mimosa Blanc

This traditional, 200 sqm, semi-detached vacation villa in Provence, France has accommodation for up to seven people in four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is situated between Bandol & Six-Fours Resort and is accessible to the beaches of Cassis. 

The  living-dining area is fully furnished and adjoins a conservatory with sliding doors to lovely garden.  Surrounding the terrace and pool there are potted Mediterranean plants, providing shade and atmosphere.  The dining room is has alarge table and 6 chairs. The well-equipped  kitchen consists dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas/ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker, breakfast bar, fridge-freezer and everything you need for self-catering to large groups.  

Beds range from single to Queen-sized and two bedrooms have French windows with views of the Mediterranean coast.

The terrace has great views of the pool and is furnished with a wrought-iron table and chairs. The secured 10 x 4.5m pool, situated in the front of the villa, has steps and a varying depth from 1 to 2m. There is an exterior shower by the pool, built-in barbecue, 4 sunloungers with cushions and boules pitch. 

The owner lives in a small independent cottage with separate entrance nearby.

This vacation villa is located in Sanary sur Mer, a delightful seaside resort with a picturesque quay, colourful fishing houses, lively streets and terraces and squares shaded by palm trees. There are beautiful views from its 16th century Chapel Notre Dame de Pitié over the coast and the small islands that lie offshore.   

The famous vineyards of Bandol are within easy reach of this vacation rental. Situated on the thrilling coastline between Marseille and Toulon, Bandol is an internationally known seaside resort and boating capital of the Mediterranean. Naturally, the town also has a large marina and facilities for all sorts of watersports, but it also known for its vineyards and has the oldest wine industry in France. The clarity of its water and rich underwater has made it a popular place for diving. The Mediterranean islands of Bendor and Embiez as well as the charming town of Cassis, are all within easy reach.
