This outstanding, 200 sqm traditional Provencal holiday villa, has accommodation for up to eight people in four bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. It is set with well-maintained, spacious grounds and with a private pool.

This vacation rental villa is tastefully furnished with tiled floors, exposed wooden beams and plenty of traditional Provencal charm. The spacious living-dining room area is fully furnished and boasts a satellite TV, DVD and music system and has French windows opening onto a terrace. The kitchen is fully-equipped for self-catering including an American style fridge-freezer and a seperate breakfast table with 4 chairs. The utility room houses a washing machine.

There are beds from King to double-sized in the bedrooms, two which have en-suites and all which boast wonderful views. But probably this most outstanding feature of this holiday villa in Provence is the 1000 sqm of enclosed secure grounds. There are two furnished terraces to enjoy here, both furnished and both with parasols and/or an awning. The private pool has a depth of 0.7 to 1.7 meters steps and an alarm. Other outdoor entertainment facilities provided are a table tennis set, boules pitch and 8 sunloungers and parasols.

This outstanding holiday villa in Provence is located 2kms from the medieval village of Rouquebrune-sur Argens.The village is perched on a rock, yet with easy access for exploring some of the most famous cities in Southern France such as St Tropez and Cannes. With a up to 300 days of sunshine per year, it is a great place to holiday.

Roquebrune-sur-Argens is situated between the Estérel and Maures Mountains, is a delightful mixture of seaside and country life. Various activities for the holiday maker include golfing or simply experiencing the beautiful Mediterranean coastline and beaches at Les Issambres or for nature lovers, exploring the forest walks at La Bouverie.

Before 60 days: In case of cancellation more than sixty days before the arrival, the client is liable for the whole amount of the desposit paid to secure the villa.
Within 60 days: In case of cancellation sixty days or less before the arrival, the client is liable for the whole amount of the rental of this villa.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
