Provence Villa: La Reinette 2

This 155 sqm Provence holiday villa has accommodation for up to six people in three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is set within well-maintained, spacious grounds.  It is situated 5 km from the village of Vidauban, surrounded by pine forests and vineyards and is close to the Mediterranean coast. 

The holiday villa is decorated in warm, rustic tones and comprises of living-dining area furnished with 6-seater sofa, armchair, large dining table, 6 chairs, 2 stools, TV, and video. There is a separate kitchen with breakfast bar, 2 stools, gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher.  A utility room with washing machine is also provided.

The main bedroom has double bed, storage cupboard. It also has a ensuite shower room. Bedroom two has a double bed, cupboard. The third bedroom contains a double bed and cupboard. All have French windows with views over the garden.

A large swathe of the huge open grounds are available for the guest's use. There is a covered terrace with pool view, pool house and built in barbecue and equipped with table, 6 chairs, sunloungers, and parasol.  The 9 x 4.5m pool with steps, has a depth varying from 1 to 1.8m,  and is situated in front of the villa.

This very pretty holiday villa in Provence sleeping is situated 5 km from the typical Provencal wine-growing village of Vidauban and is covenient for all local amenities. The Mediterranean coast is only 25 km away with famous coastal resorts such as St. Tropez within easy distances. 

The closest major seaside destination is Frejus, located slightly inland from the coast and is adjacent to the resort of St Raphael. Founded as a Roman port, vestiges include an aqueduct and the old Roman theatre, which is used for cultural events during the summer. Its well-preserved historic quarter is centred around the Place Formagé. Highlights include the Cathedral of Saint Léonce and the Mairie.

Down by the sea Frejus boasts a sizable marina and well-equipped beaches. From pedaloo to volleyball or simply sitting back and soaking up the rays, the Frejus on the Cote d’Azur has all the elements for a perfect beach holiday.
