This Provence holiday apartment, adjacent to the owner's traditional farm house, is within easy reach of the South of France’s best known towns, L’Isle sur la Sorgue and Aix en Provence.

At 55 sqm, it has a spacious living/dining - room area has been tastefully decorated in Provencal style with table and chairs, and comfortable sleeper sofa, whilst the brightly-designed kitchen offers you space and utensils for up to six people.

This apartment has a safely secured swimming pool that is a welcome luxury for the hot summer months. With the private shaded terrace, you can kick back and enjoy the views across the valley,

The Provence holiday apartment is located between the famous city of Avignon to the West, and Mont. Ventoux to the East. The apartment offers you a quiet and tranquil spot amongst the apple trees, cherry trees and vines.

The local landscape is dominated by vineyards, country roads and quaint villages.

If you like to wander around the local Provencal markets, you’ll be spoilt for choice! Bedoin Carpentras, Vaison, Mazan and many other towns in the area are well known for the excellent Paysan Markets where you will find local produce, ready to create that perfect meal for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit Payment:
More than 70 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 70 days prior warning, the cancellation charge will be 25% of the total booking amount.
Between 69 and 35 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 35 days prior warning but less than 69, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the total booking amount.
Less than 34 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with less than 34 days prior warning, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total booking amount.
Apart from the following properties Mas St Laurent, Mas St Charles, Mas St Albert & Villa St Elisabeth where the cancellation terms outlined below are to be followed: over 61 days cancellation notice 25% of the total amount is due, under 60 days 100% of the total booking amount is due

If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
Holiday makers, MUST have cancellation insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of their choice. Cancellation insurance is valid only in the areas of the European Union. Travel insurance also warrant fires, water damage, and is compulsory for all rentals in France. You must be able to attest to this coverage regardless of the duration of your stay with the insurance company of your choice.
