This wonderful rural gite (holiday home) in Provence, is situated at the end of a farm track, outside the village of Pertuis and 30 minutes from Aix-en-Provence. It has a shaded terrace, as well as a private garden and is just a short walk across to the swimming pool (10m x 5m), which is shared with the owners.

The living room of this Pertuis rental has French doors leading onto the terrace, and is comfortably furnished with a leather sofa bed, coffee table and TV, as well as an open fireplace.

The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine and dishwasher) and has a large solid wood dining table and chairs for up to six people.

The double bedroom is located up a set of ‘millers’ stairs in the attic. The stairs may take a little getting used to, but the view once you’re up there is great! There is one bathroom with shower.

Despite its quiet location, your gite is only a short drive from the town of Pertuis where you'll find shops, bars, cafés and supermarket. If you fancy a more rural approach to shopping, there are some great local Paysan Markets.

Culturally the Provence really has a lot to offer: from the Roman architecture at Arles, the Palace of Popes at Avignon, or the cultured avenues of Aix en Provence. Marseille and Nimes Airports are the nearest - approximately 60 minutes drive away.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit Payment:
More than 70 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 70 days prior warning, the cancellation charge will be 25% of the total booking amount.
Between 69 and 35 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 35 days prior warning but less than 69, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the total booking amount.
Less than 34 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with less than 34 days prior warning, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total booking amount.
Apart from the following properties Mas St Laurent, Mas St Charles, Mas St Albert & Villa St Elisabeth where the cancellation terms outlined below are to be followed: over 61 days cancellation notice 25% of the total amount is due, under 60 days 100% of the total booking amount is due

If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
Holiday makers, MUST have cancellation insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of their choice. Cancellation insurance is valid only in the areas of the European Union. Travel insurance also warrant fires, water damage, and is compulsory for all rentals in France. You must be able to attest to this coverage regardless of the duration of your stay with the insurance company of your choice.
