This self-contained holiday villa in Provence can sleep up to six people and is located in a peaceful country setting of lavender fields and olive groves. It is close to all local amenities in the village of Vidauban, with larger towns such as Frejus 25kms away

The 15sqm living-dining-American kitchen area composed of TV, double sofa bed, dining table, chairs, oven, microwave, electric hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee maker and all you need for self-catering.

The mezzanine contains twin beds. The 8sqm bedroom has double bed and cupboard. The 4sqm bathroom consists of a bath and washbasin. There is a separate wc.

The 50sqm garden and covered terrace area is equipped with outdoor furniture and a parasol. Within the residence are large green spaces, tennis, and boules court and paddling pool (Open 9am to 12.30pm and 3.30pm to 9pm.)

This 36sqm holiday villa in Provence sleeps up to six people and is situated in a peaceful, family- friendly residential setting within easy reach of the coast approx 30 km away.

Vidauban is famous for its winemaking. It spreads out to the Maures Plain and is surrounded by thick forests. It is a great location for walking, exploring the nearby Aille waterfalls or even traveling down the River Argens by canoe.

For a change of pace, the famous coastal resort of Frejús is a mere 25kms away and there are many other charming Provencal villages in the immediate area.

Cancellation Policy

Before 60 days: In case of cancellation more than sixty days before the arrival, the client is liable for the whole amount of the desposit paid to secure the villa.
Within 60 days: In case of cancellation sixty days or less before the arrival, the client is liable for the whole amount of the rental of this villa.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
