This villa has both a terrace and a garden, and is independent from the garden level occupied by caretaker. It sits in a quiet residential area close to the beaches of St Cyr and Bandol. Close to Toulon.

The 30sqm open plan lounge/Dining room has 2 sofas, table and 6 chairs, wood burning stove, satellite TV and DVD player.  The 8sqm open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, gas hob and fridge-freezer.  With 3 bedrooms, the first located on the ground floor with a double bed, ensuite shower room and a window opening to terrace. Bedroom 2 is located on the first floor has a double bed with views of the vineyards and sea. Bedroom 3 also on the first floor has 2 narrow single beds (80cm) which can be put together to form a double bed and has views of the Saint Cyr Bay.  There is a bathroom on the first floor with a bath, shower and double washbasin. Additionally there are 2 separate wc’s.  The 100sqm terrace has table and chairs with sunloungers, parasols and two barbeques. The garage can accommodate 2 cars.

Located between La Ciotat and Bandol, on the coast, with beautiful beaches and plenty of bathing areas and prized tourist resorts such as Sanary, Bandol and Six Fours.

St Cyr sur Mer is a seaside resort renowned for its child-friendly beaches and facilities. It is situated on the Golfe d’Amour, with long beaches stretching for 2km. There are many coastal walks to be enjoyed along the Mediterranean coastline, and other outdoor activities include catamarans and snorkeling. Cultural attractions include a museum of sRoman mosaics, and Espace Provence, a local crafts centre. Nearby to Sant Cyr sur Mer is La Ciotat, a delightful seaside resort with excellent beaches, fabulous rocky inlets and a great Mediterranean atmosphere and Bandol, a port town with plenty of shops and restaurants.
