Vacation Rental Description

Charming luxury bright modern Cottage in delightful rural setting yet ideally situated to explore the Golden City of Prague. A wonderful Prague accommodation that's perfect for large groups or families.

Bedrooms: 1 double bedroom (upper floor) with double bed, wardrobes, desks etc.; 2 twin bedrooms (upper floor) with twin beds, wardrobes, desks etc.; 1 double bedroom (ground floor) with double bed wardrobe and piano. TV/Family room may be bedroom 5

Bathrooms: Ground floor WC. Upper floor WC. 2 separate bathrooms, one on ground floor with large bath and washing machine, and one on upper floor. Both bathrooms include purpose built shower cubicles.

Kitchen: The spacious kitchen comprises a double sink drainer, extensive worktop, fitted cupboards, electric fan oven, electric hobs, 2 microwaves, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for 10 guests. Dining area.

Utility Room: The utility room leads conveniently from the kitchen and incorporates a dishwasher, a tall fridge/freezer and extensive shelving for food storage.

Living Rooms: The large living room leads off the dining area and includes a large settee/bed, armchairs and TV. Book shelves include guide books, books about Prague, reference books, and lighter reading. 2 patio doors.

Other: A computer work station and work area are provided on the upper floor. A family television den is provided. This can also serve as bedroom 5 by prior arrangement.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: All towels and linen are provided. A cleaner, living locally, visits every four days to clean and change the towels and linen. More frequent cleaning services may be arranged if desired.

Notes on Villa Prices

1. Minimum booking £100
2. Cottage rental rates range from GBP £15 per night to GBP £300 per night.
3. Full details of the rental rates are published on our website - please note Holiday-Velvet is not our website, you need to look at our website for full details.
4. Out of season rental rates are halved. In high season - August and Christmas - rental rates are doubled.
5. Prices based on £30-£100 per Cottage per night except for large groups when prices are based on £12 per Guest per night.
6. Because of extremely high demand for New Year, minimum rentals apply to New Year.
7. Rent-a-chef service is available at around £4 per person all inclusive for a quality evening meal prepared for you by an expert professional chef.
8. No pets or smoking.
9. Check-in 15:00 check-out 10:00 but we can usually be much more flexible.
10. Bicycle rental per bicycle £5 plus £1 per day. Local mobile phone rental £10.
11.
