This lovely one bedroom Prague apartment is furnished with modern style and comfort. It is a great apartment to explore the city from either on foot or by tram. The Prague apartment consists of a living room, a dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom.

The living room has a double sofa bed, coffee table, lamps, a TV with international satellite channels, a DVD player, VHS and a CD player. There is small dining table and four chairs.
The beautiful modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, all modern appliances and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay.

The bedroom is spacious and has a queen size double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a corner jacuzzi bath with shower over, hand basin, heated towel rail and toilet

An additional benefit of this building is the sauna that is available for guests to use.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental cost.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
