This large three bedroom duplex Prague accommodation is furnished with modern style and comfort. It is a great apartment to explore the city from either on foot or by tram. The Prague apartment consists of a large living room, a dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, a shower room, a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a galleried sleeping area and a bathroom. It is very light and bright and has parquet floors throughout.

On the lower floor of the apartment is a spacious hallway at the end of which is a shower room. This has a shower, toilet, and basin, mirror and a washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room is also off the hall. This is a very spacious room with two single sofa beds, a coffee table, lamps, a TV with international satellite channels, a DVD player, VHS and a CD player. There is large dining table and six chairs.

The fully equipped kitchen has an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay. There is also a safe in the apartment. From the living room and dining room stairs lead up to the second floor.

On this upper floor is the master bedroom which has a queen size double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, a wardrobe and a cot. There are two twin bedrooms each with two single beds, bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe. There are two additional single sofa beds on a galleried area. There is a second bathroom on this floor with a full size bath with shower over, toilet, bidet and heated towel rail.

An additional benefit of this building is the sauna that is available for guests to use.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental cost.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
