This large two bedroom, two bathroom Prague accommodation has fabulous views of the River Vltava and is furnished with modern style and comfort.
The Prague apartment consists of a large living room, a dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and two en suite bathrooms.

The living room is extremely spacious and benefits from three large picture windows each with it's own view of the river. The room has two single sofa beds, a coffee table, lamps, and a TV with international satellite channels. Also in this room is a dining table and six chairs. The living room has a beautiful wooden floor.

The fully equipped kitchen is connected to the lounge making it a very sociable space. It has an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, all modern appliances and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay. There is also a kitchen table and four chairs.

The master bedroom has a king size double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, dressing table and a closet. It has wall to wall carpeting and a full en suite bathroom with toilet, shower, bath and hand basin. The second bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table, closet, reading lamps, and has wall to wall carpeting. This bedroom also has a full en suite bathroom with toilet, shower, bath and hand basin.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental cost.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
