This apartment in Prague consists of two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobes. The living room is furnished with comfortable leather couches and satellite TV, and here you’ll also find a good double sofabed for up to two extra people to sleep on. There's a separate dining room, where you can relax without disturbing the people sleeping – even if the living room is used as an extra bedroom.

The large and modern kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, electric oven, ceramic hub, coffee machine, electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board and of course cooking equipment and cutlery, glasses etc.

The bathroom, which has a heated floor, has a large and comfortable bathtub and there’s a heated electric towel rack. The toilet is in a separate room.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental cost.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
