This stylish 4th floor holiday apartment in Prague is furnished with style and comfort. The apartment consist of a living room, a fully fitted kitchen with dining area, three double bedrooms, a fully tiles bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC and also a separate WC. The apartment has wooden parquet floors throughout.

The living room has sofas, coffee tables, lamps and a TV with international satellite channels. This leads off to the fully equipped kitchen area, with oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine and all modern appliances and all the cutlery you need for your stay.

There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds and one bedroom with twin beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. The Large master bedroom benefits from a magnificent corner position with large picture windows giving great light and views.

The large, fully tiled bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle, wash basin an toilet. There is also a separate room with an additional WC.

This holiday apartment in Prague is located just 5 minutes walk from Wenceslas Square in an area known as Vinohrady. This area has plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and if you do not want to walk, just take the tram because the Prague apartment is just one tram stop away from Wenceslas Square.

It is a great apartment rental to explore the city from either on foot or by tram.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental cost.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
